Jennifer Gazaille Cohen is a founding member of the firm.  Jennifer and her husband and law partner, Steven, have lived on Nantucket since 2005 with their daughter, Sasha, and their two naughty rescue dogs, Tuck and Max.  Jennifer is a 1996 graduate of Simmons College and a 1999 graduate of the Tulane University School of Law.  From 1999 to 2005, Jennifer was a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington D.C.  She previously practiced law on Nantucket with Philbrick and Avery P.C.

In addition to her legal practice, Jennifer is active in the Nantucket community; she serves on the boards several non-profits on the island, including Housing Nantucket, an affordable housing non-profit.  Jennifer is a three-time past Chair of the Nantucket Boys and Girls Club’s Tim Russert Summer Groove. Jennifer enjoys her family and the beach in all seasons. Her practice is primarily real-estate transactions, small business matters, and estate planning.
